    Honestly amazing plan, love the results

    I recently completed the 'Buns and Guns 12-Week Program' and was blown away by the results. At first, I was a bit intimidated by the intensity of the workouts; they challenged me more than I expected. However, this turned out to be the best part! It pushed me out of my comfort zone, leading to incredible gains in both strength and confidence.     Fitness was never my priority

    This book was a wake up call. Katie’s insight and comprehensive plan across 12 weeks can seem intense, but the secrets are all in the e-book! Hearing her story, along with her multi-faceted approach to health and fitness as a whole, really helped set me up for success. I have just started week 7 and the results are already noticeable. This program is customizable to you in an infinite number of ways, it feels like I have a personal trainer! Thank you, Katie! Highly recommend this e-book.

    Kickin’ my buns!

    This e-book has really put an amazing structure in my life. Working out 5 days a week and actually understanding how I should be eating has made a world of difference! I’m feeling great and only 5 weeks in 💪🏼💪🏼 Katie knows her stuff and lays it out so beautifully for everyone to know the secrets! Highly recommend to everyone, especially anyone who’s looking to achieve goals and needs a nudge to dive in!

    Intense 12 weeks

    The structured 12-week plan initially seemed tough, but it turned out to be the perfect way to push myself. The program’s intensity made everything more rewarding. honestly pretty worth the insight and Chase (my bf) definitely approves lol. Thanks Katie!
